CS0001

error The ChartScript compiler is not available.

#What it means

The editor could not load the ChartScript compiler, so your script was not checked or saved as compiled code. Nothing is wrong with your script.

#Typical cause

  • The compiler files did not finish downloading (a slow or interrupted connection).
  • A browser extension or a strict network filter blocked one of the editor's files.
  • A short outage while ChartDeck was being updated.

#How to fix it

  • Reload the page and open the script again.
  • If it keeps happening, try a private window without extensions, then tell us through the FAQ contact link.

#Example

This is not caused by script text: it means the compiler itself could not be loaded.
