Sell with what you already have

Keep your customers, your payment setup and all of your revenue. Connect Discord, Whop, Patreon, Telegram or your own Stripe to an invite-only script.

Already run a paid community or sell somewhere else? You don't have to move anything. Connect what you already use, and ChartDeck gives your members access to an invite-only script while they're members and takes it away when they leave.

  • Your customers stay yours. Your members keep paying you where they pay you today.
  • Your payment setup stays as it is. ChartDeck only reads who is a member. The money never passes through ChartDeck.
  • You keep 100% of your revenue. ChartDeck takes no cut of anything sold this way. Selling in ChartDeck with your own Stripe account has no ChartDeck fee either.
  • No approval needed. Connect, map, done.

Every integration uses your own bot, API key or webhook, created in your own account. ChartDeck stores them encrypted, never shows them again (only the last 4 characters), and you can replace or remove them at any time.

#How access follows the membership

Under Account → Selling & access → Integrations you map each role, product, tier or price to one or more of your invite-only scripts, with a rule:

  • While they're a member (the usual one): access lasts as long as the membership does. You can add up to 30 grace days after it ends.
  • Fixed term: each time someone gains the membership they get 1 month, 3 months, 1 year or lifetime, and losing the membership later changes nothing.

When access ends, the script stays on the member's chart, locked, and they are told why. Access you gave any other way (by hand, with a link, a code, the API or a sale in ChartDeck) is never taken away by an integration.

ChartDeck reacts to the membership changes as they happen and also re-checks every connection every 15 minutes. Sync now checks at once.

#How members are recognized

  • Discord and Telegram: the member gets a one-time link code under Account → Connections and sends it to your bot (a direct message or /link in Discord, Start in Telegram). One link works for every author's server.
  • Whop and Patreon: when ChartDeck sees a membership it can't match yet, it first checks it with Whop or Patreon using your key, then emails a one-time claim code to the address the platform holds. The member opens it while signed in to ChartDeck. Claim emails are only sent for sellers whose ChartDeck account is at least a week old, who have a published script, and who are on a paid plan or already have a few confirmed members; new sellers get a smaller daily number.
  • Your own Stripe: ChartDeck sends no email. The buyer signs in with the address they paid with and claims the purchase under Account → Connections, or uses an access code you give them.
  • ChartDeck never tells you, or anyone, whether an email address has a ChartDeck account.

The ChartScript documentation is in English for now; translations will follow.
