CS1040
error The script is too large: a script can hold up to max KB of code.
#What it means
The script has more code than one script can hold: 2 MB, on every plan. Comments and blank lines do not count. See Limits.
#Typical cause
- Very large scripts, for example with long tables of values written into the code.
- Several indicators kept in one script.
#How to fix it
- Remove code you no longer use (the version history keeps it).
- Move shared helpers into a library.
- Split the script into two.
#Example
It needs a script with more than 2 MB of code, too large to show.
#Related
- CS1041 — Expressions or blocks are nested too deeply (more than max levels).
