CS3101

error request.developing needs a timeframe that is a whole multiple of the chart's, on the same market.

#What it means

{ at: request.developing } shows the higher-timeframe bar as it forms. It used to need a timeframe that was a whole multiple of the chart's, on the same market.

#Typical cause

  • This error came from earlier versions of ChartScript.

#How to fix it

No change is needed now. On another market's higher timeframe, request.developing behaves like request.close and the run notes it once in the log. See Other timeframes and markets.

#Example

The current compiler no longer reports this code; it is kept so old messages still have a page.

  • CS3102 — A lower timeframe than the chart is only available through request.lower_tf.
  • CS3110 — leaf is not known when the tf bar opens; use leaf[1] or atClose.

The ChartScript documentation is in English for now; translations will follow.
