CS3103

warning There are no "tf" bars: the seconds timeframes are 1S, 5S, 10S, 15S, 30S and 45S. This request gives na.

#What it means

This is a warning. The seconds timeframes are "1S", "5S", "10S", "15S", "30S" and "45S". A request for another seconds size (such as "20S") has no bars and always gives na.

#Typical cause

  • A seconds size that does not exist in request.tf, request.market or request.lower_tf.

#How to fix it

Use one of the six seconds timeframes, or a timeframe of 1 minute ("1") or longer. See Seconds timeframes.

#Example

ChartScriptWarning: CS3103
//@chartscript 1
indicator("Fast close", { overlay: true })
plot(request.tf("20S", close))

Fixed

ChartScriptOpen in editor
//@chartscript 1
indicator("Fast close", { overlay: true })
plot(request.tf("15S", close, { at: request.developing }))
  • CS3104 — The market market is not known; its values will be na.
  • CS3102 — A lower timeframe than the chart is only available through request.lower_tf.

The ChartScript documentation is in English for now; translations will follow.
